
Matthew Turner specializes in employment related cases, including employee discrimination and wrongful discharge. He has also enjoyed a great deal of success in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, automobile negligence, premises liability and assault and battery. He has developed a particular expertise in handling disability insurance claims.
Mr. Turner received a B.A. Degree in Political Science from The Ohio State University, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Detroit College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Turner also earned two American Jurisprudence Book Awards: The Class of 1961 Cup and the William B. Giles Award, as the top academic performer in his class.
Mr. Turner has been the assistant head football coach and offensive coordinator at Birmingham Seaholm High School since 1991. During that time, Seaholm has won two league championships, made five playoff appearances and won a regional championship.
