Staff Profiles

After three years of trial experience, including many personal injury cases, Lee Turner joined his brother Donald Turner (attorney and former metallurgical engineer) in 1972, to found Turner and Turner. The partners realized early on that in order to be successful, they needed to focus on a specialized area where they could not only perform - but excel.

Don Turner won many product liability and general negligence judgments for our clients while Lee Turner did the same in medical malpractice, product liability and general negligence. Mr. Donald Turner retired from active practice in 1991.

Lee Turner's educational background (Bachelors of Science in Anatomy) provides him with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of medical issues underlying malpractice claims, and has helped him build a well recognized expertise in this area.

Today, Turner and Turner specializes in a number of areas. Each member of our firm brings his/her own unique credentials that have been developed through a wealth of practical, as well as academic, experience. At Turner and Turner, we employe a complete support staff of legal and medical professionals who are capable of responding to each of our client's unique needs which includes assisting our attorneys in factual investigation, client support and trial preparation.
